Kevin,

Please accept our deepest appreciation for all of your help and hard work completing our new home. Our family has had this property for many years. Until now, we had not been able to build. It was our dream to build a place like this one day. You made it possible.

Many of the neighbors came by while we were moving in to welcome us to the neighborhood. You cannot image the positive response we have had by everyone. All were quite complimentary about the quality of your work and the appearance of the finished project. They watched every step of the building process. Each and every neighbor said that they were impressed with the quality of construction. More importantly, they all were impressed with the way that your workers conducted themselves and how you managed the construction site. Not a single person had a complaint about any of your work through the entire project, from lot clearing through final inspection. It was quite a feat to execute a project like this in an established neighborhood without upsetting the neighbors.

We were unsure how we would coordinate the project since we live seven hours away. You made it easy. You took care of all of the permitting and logistics. Your frequent progress reports helped us to feel secure that everything was well in hand. You always answered all of our questions concerning the budget and schedule. Somehow, through one of the worst winters in recent memory you were able to keep the job moving forward. Except for the things we added, your budget was spot on. You did an outstanding job of walking us through the entire project from the very beginning and keeping us appraised of recent activities. We were impressed by your ability to coordinate all of the subcontractors as the project progressed. It appeared that everyone showed up at the right time, had the proper resources to do their job and executed their work in a professional manner.

We are very impressed with the quality and finish of the home now that we have moved into the property. You would expect to find many issues with craftsmanship with a new home. However, we only noticed a couple of small issues that took your people an afternoon to repair. As expected, your service group gave prompt attention to the issues. Please pass along our thanks.
